What happens if I run out of stock?

Rider Cart automatically replenishes your inventory based on your sales trends and stock levels. You’ll always have the items your passengers are most likely to buy.

Do I have to pay for the inventory upfront?

No, you’re not charged upfront. However, you are responsible for the cost of any unsold inventory unless it is returned using the prepaid return shipping form provided by Rider Cart.

Can I customize the products I sell?

You cannot fully customize your inventory, but Rider Cart curates products tailored to your location and rider preferences. This ensures you always have in-demand items in your store.

How do I earn money from Rider Cart?

You earn a percentage of the profit for each item sold. Your earnings are calculated based on the difference between the product’s selling price and cost. Payments are processed monthly and sent to your linked payment method.

What if a Rider has an issue with their purchase?

If a passenger reports an issue, direct them to Rider Cart customer support. Any damaged or defective items will be handled by Rider Cart, and you won’t be charged for those items.
